Welcome to IndexerHub. These terms and conditions apply to the lifetime deal for our Google SEO autoindexing tool, IndexerHub.

2. Lifetime Deal Description

• The lifetime deal provides perpetual access to IndexerHub.
• This deal requires a one-time payment for continuous use of the service.

3. Service Limitations

• You may index or add up to 5 unique domains. Once a domain is added, it counts toward this limit permanently, even if removed later.
• Each domain can have a maximum of 1000 pages.
• IndexerHub can process a maximum of 200 pages per day across all your domains.

4. Payment and Access

• Access to IndexerHub is granted upon payment under the terms of the lifetime deal.
• Continued access is subject to adherence to these terms and conditions.

5. No Warranty

• IndexerHub is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
• Our total liability for any claims is limited to the amount paid for IndexerHub.

7. Refund Policy

• We reserve the right to issue refunds and revoke access at any time for any reason.
• Refunds are issued at our sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.

8. Changes to Terms

• We may modify these terms at any time.
• Changes are effective immediately upon posting, with efforts made to notify you.

9. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms, your use of IndexerHub, or the lifetime deal will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, and not as part of a class action.

Arbitration will be conducted in English under commercially reasonable arbitration rules selected by us, and the arbitrator's decision will be final and binding. You and IndexerHub each waive the right to a jury trial to the extent permitted by applicable law.
