1. Scope
This policy applies to purchases made through official IndexerHub checkout channels. It does not apply to third-party services sold outside IndexerHub.
2. Eligibility Window
Refund requests should be submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase. Requests made after this period are reviewed case-by-case and are not guaranteed.
3. How to Request a Refund
- Contact support using the published contact page.
- Include the purchase email and order reference.
- Briefly describe the reason for the request.
4. Review Process
Requests are reviewed in the order received. Most decisions are sent within 5 business days. If approved, the refund is processed back to the original payment method.
5. Access Changes After Refund
If a refund is approved, account access and related purchase entitlements may be removed or limited to prevent duplicate usage.
