Getting Started

Everything you need to connect IndexerHub to your site and start tracking, submitting, and monitoring URLs within minutes.

1. Add Your Domain

After purchase, log in to your IndexerHub dashboard and click Add Domain. Enter your root site URL, for example https://example.com.

IndexerHub stores each unique domain in your workspace domain slots. Domain slots are permanent once used, even if a site is removed later. Your available domain count depends on your lifetime plan and any domain add-ons you purchase.

2. Connect Google Search Console

IndexerHub uses Google Search Console OAuth. It does not require you to paste a Google Cloud service-account JSON key.

Go to Integrations → Google Search Console or start Google activation from a site card in your dashboard. Sign in with the Google account that has access to the verified Search Console property for your domain.

IndexerHub matches your site against your verified Google Search Console properties. It supports both:

  • Domain properties, such as sc-domain:example.com
  • URL-prefix properties, such as https://example.com/

Once connected, IndexerHub can submit sitemaps to Google Search Console, inspect URL indexing status, and sync Search Console clicks and impressions.

3. Set Up IndexNow for Bing and Other Engines

IndexerHub uses IndexNow for Bing and participating search engines.

From your dashboard, activate Bing/IndexNow for the site. IndexerHub generates a verification key and a .txt file name. Upload that file to the root of your website so it is publicly reachable at a URL like:

https://example.com/{generated-key}.txt

The file content must exactly match the generated key. After uploading it, click Verifyin IndexerHub.

IndexerHub submits URLs through IndexNow only after this key file is verified. If the key file is later removed or no longer matches, IndexerHub pauses IndexNow submissions and raises an alert.

4. Add URLs

IndexerHub builds each site queue from sitemaps, Google Search Console data, and manual imports.

Sitemap Import

When you add a site, you can provide a sitemap URL. IndexerHub also autodiscovers common sitemap locations:

  • /sitemap.xml
  • /sitemap_index.xml
  • /sitemap.txt

IndexerHub supports XML sitemap files, sitemap indexes, and plain-text sitemap files. It fetches sitemap entries, deduplicates URLs, and keeps only URLs that belong to the matching site host.

Google Search Console Sitemaps

If Google Search Console is connected, IndexerHub syncs sitemap records from the matched GSC property into the local site queue.

Manual URL Import

Open the site page, then use Import URLs to paste individual URLs or a plain-text list with one URL per line.

Manual import accepts up to 10,000 URLs per request. IndexerHub normalizes and deduplicates the URLs, skips invalid URLs, skips URLs outside the matching site host, and respects the remaining URL capacity for that site.

5. Let Autopilot Run

When autopilot is enabled, IndexerHub runs the indexing workflow for your site automatically.

Autopilot can:

  • Sync sitemaps and discover new URLs
  • Run health checks for crawl/indexing blockers
  • Submit verified IndexNow URLs to Bing and other participating engines
  • Submit sitemaps to Google Search Console
  • Sample URL inspection status from Google Search Console
  • Sync Search Console clicks and impressions
  • Generate daily reports
  • Send alerts for issues such as 404s, noindex tags, robots blocks, failed sitemap fetches, missing GSC connections, quota limits, and lost IndexNow verification

6. Quotas and Limits

IndexerHub plans are one-time lifetime purchases. You can upgrade your base plan or buy permanent add-ons for more domains or more URL capacity.

PlanDomainsURLs per domainDaily processingGoogle daily limitIndexNow daily limit

Pro510,000200 pages200200
Agency2025,0001,000 pages1,0001,000
  • Domain add-ons are workspace-wide and permanently increase available domain slots.
  • URL add-ons are scoped to a specific site and permanently increase that site's URL capacity.
  • Google URL inspections count toward the Google daily limit.
  • IndexNow submissions are processed by Bing and participating engines on their own schedule. Submission does not guarantee immediate indexing.
